About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Patient CRM/PRM implementations on Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
- Lead multiple workstreams including enrollment, case management, reimbursement, and patient engagement.
- Shape functional and technical designs in partnership with solution architects and engineering leads.
- Build, lead, and mentor diverse delivery teams consisting of consultants, contractors, and techno-functional specialists.
- Serve as a senior client advisor to executive stakeholders across business, IT, and operations.
- Identify, shape, and sell new programs and contribute to RFPs and proposals to expand the PSS technology footprint.
- Provide oversight on integration strategies across HUB vendors, specialty pharmacies, and EMR partners.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in technology consulting.
- Significant hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end CRM/PRM implementations, preferably on Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
- Strong background in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, diverse teams.
- Proven ability to sell, scope, and grow new programs with senior client stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Life Sciences Cloud, or Architecture certifications.
- Experience working with large global pharma clients across multi-brand and multi-market programs.
- Exposure to AI-driven, agentic, or automation-led workflows in patient services or CRM ecosystems.
