Business Technology Owner - AI

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and expansion of OneReach AI Platform solutions to transform customer experience and support strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and prioritizing use cases for students, instructors, and educational institutions.
• Create and manage the product backlog, including project charters, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, writing epics and stories for content delivery teams.
• Partner with Business Intelligence teams to leverage data and analytics for continuous innovation and performance measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end software development processes and business requirements.
• Knowledge of conversational AI concepts and knowledge management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in decentralized environments and engage with senior management.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
