Business & Technical Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Gather and document comprehensive business and technical requirements
• Support solution design and system integration activities
• Conduct business process analysis and improvement assessments
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and use cases
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• Maintain detailed solution and integration documentation
• Support change management and user adoption activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
