Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Business Central and related systems
• Participate in system testing, validation, and documentation
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process documentation
• Coordinate strategic projects, tracking milestones and facilitating departmental communication
• Support data collection, validation, and the development of dashboards and performance metrics
• Maintain organizational knowledge repositories and training materials

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in PMP, Operations Management, Information Systems, or Engineering Technology
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Background in data analysis and reporting
