Business Systems & Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and train worldwide FHS operational teams in the use of Airbus Information Systems
• Perform data investigations, root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
• Administrate FHS master data and monitor interfaces between internal and external systems like SAP
• Implement and optimize new business processes and digital tools for new FHS contracts
• Design and create ad hoc reports using Business Intelligence and Skywise tools
• Act as a Project Manager to drive implementation of process, method, and tool improvements
• Map current processes and lead multi-functional teams in defining "to-be" processes
• Coordinate with internal partners to define resources and address local digital needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital functional support
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite
• Ability to perform end-user training and deliver impactful presentations
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation material, or fleet management
• Proficiency in French or Spanish
• Knowledge of ERP software (SAP) or MRO systems (AMOS, TRAX, Ultramain)
• Experience with CRM solutions like Salesforce
