Business Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high-performing development team
• Create an inclusive, learning-oriented culture with peer reviews and coding standards
• Promote a DevOps culture emphasizing automation and continuous feedback
• Define and control Scope of Work (SoW) for outsourced partners
• Manage vendor SLAs, acceptance criteria, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and PMO on milestones and dependencies
• Maintain centralized Change Request and Problem resolution backlogs
• Apply Agile/iterative practices and ERP release management
• Own risk/issue logs, mitigations, and change control
• Ensure compliance with data protection, audit requirements, and secure-by-design principles
• Identify optimization opportunities in processes, cost, and architecture
• Use DevOps and Lean metrics to improve ERP delivery throughput

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial role within ERP development
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI/Fabric, Azure services, and SQL Server
• Proficiency in .NET framework, JavaScript, and API integrations
• Experience with SAP Concur and Sapience platforms
• Strong leadership skills for managing internal teams and external vendors
• Proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, and quality deliverables
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
