About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering an inclusive, learning-oriented culture.
- Lead the delivery of ERP initiatives by managing internal teams and external vendors.
- Define and control Scope of Work (SoW) for outsourced partners, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Promote a DevOps culture emphasizing automation, continuous feedback, and collaboration.
- Manage the Change Request and Problem resolution backlog in coordination with the Solution Architect and PMO.
- Apply Agile/iterative practices and ERP release management, including robust testing and UAT sign-off.
- Oversee risk/issue logs, mitigations, and change control to protect project scope.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, audit requirements, and secure-by-design principles.
- Identify optimization opportunities in processes, costs, and architecture, including piloting modern capabilities like Fabric pipelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial role within ERP development.
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations/Customer Engagement).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI/Fabric, Azure services, and SQL Server.
- Strong experience with .NET framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, and API integrations (REST/JSON, OData, SOAP).
- Proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, and external vendor relationships.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SAP Concur (expense, travel, invoice) integrations.
- Experience with Sapience platform configuration and data flows.
