Business Systems Lead - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology delivery and system enhancements using Agile or Stage Gate governance
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and well-designed SAP IBP solutions
• Support the full project lifecycle, including design workshops, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
• Provide end-user and super-user support, training, and continuous improvement through root-cause analysis
• Manage integrations between SAP IBP and source systems such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Support data governance, migration, and the development of data hubs for reporting and analytics
• Assist with vendor management, software selection, and technology cost estimation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Fluent English language skills
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Proven experience with supply chain planning processes (demand planning, S&OP, supply, and inventory planning)
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Stage Gate delivery methodologies
• Experience with system lifecycle management, including testing (SIT/UAT) and production support

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile, PMP, CBAP, or ITIL certifications
• Experience working in regulated environments involving SOX, IT controls, or audits
• Experience working with external vendors, AMS providers, or system integrators
