Business Systems Lead - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology delivery and system enhancements using Agile or Stage Gate governance
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and well-designed SAP IBP solutions
• Support the full project lifecycle, including design workshops, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
• Manage system configuration, integrations, upgrades, and patching for the supply chain planning landscape
• Provide end-user and super-user support, training, and root-cause analysis for issue resolution
• Support data governance, migration, and integrations to enable self-service reporting and analytics
• Ensure adherence to technology standards, architecture, and IT controls (SOX)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business systems, IT delivery, or technology-enabled business roles
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Proven experience with supply chain planning processes (demand planning, S&OP, supply and inventory planning)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Stage Gate delivery models
• Proficiency in integrating SAP IBP with source systems like SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or JDE
• Fluent English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile, PMP, CBAP, or ITIL certifications
• Experience working in regulated environments involving SOX or IT audits
• Experience managing vendors, AMS providers, or system integrators
