Business Systems Lead Quote-to-Cash

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and optimization of the Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
• Mentor and develop a team of 8–10 professionals, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.
• Own the roadmap, delivery execution, and KPI tracking for all Q2C initiatives from discovery to release.
• Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce Q2C platform, overseeing configuration, pricing, and order workflows.
• Drive product and pricing strategy, including Conga-based quoting and document generation.
• Oversee Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes in partnership with Legal and Sales Operations.
• Lead order management and integration strategy across ERP, commissions, fulfillment, and billing systems.
• Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities to enhance automation and insight across the lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or CRM leadership.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading Business Analysts or functional platform specialists.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration and governance.
• Proven experience with Conga solutions (CPQ, document generation) and B2B Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with order management and enterprise integrations (ERP, billing, fulfillment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities or intelligent automation within enterprise environments.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility for designing scalable, user-centered workflows.
