Business Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain business systems integrations and automations across core enterprise applications
• Serve as a technical lead for business systems architecture, integration strategy, and process optimization
• Build and support integrations using Workato with NetSuite, Salesforce, Zip, Pigment, Workday, Zuora, Snowflake, and PLM systems
• Partner with Finance, People Ops, Revenue Ops, and Sales to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support and optimize business workflows related to Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting and data workflows using Tableau, Power BI, and custom scripting
• Troubleshoot data issues, system failures, and integration errors through root cause analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business systems, systems engineering, or enterprise applications
• Experience in fast-paced startup, IPO readiness, or enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Workato integration development
• Strong experience with Salesforce and NetSuite, including Python and Java scripting
• Experience with Pigment, Zip, Workday, Snowflake, and PLM platforms
• Understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report workflows
• Experience supporting reporting solutions like Tableau or Power BI
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Workato, Workday, or NetSuite
• Experience in Finance Systems, Revenue Operations, or Supply Chain
• Experience establishing integration standards and system governance practices
• Experience with scalable automation frameworks
