Business Systems Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and ensure high-quality project delivery across the real estate portfolio
• Establish and enforce PM delivery standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes
• Lead resource forecasting, allocation, and utilization planning across project management teams
• Provide independent oversight of major, high-value, or high-risk project management commissions
• Support financial and commercial objectives by monitoring fee burn and staffing assumptions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project management systems and tools
• Partner with Directors to manage key client relationships and strategic accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• 10–15+ years of experience in project management consultancy or professional PM services
• Proven experience overseeing multi-project PM operations or a PM business unit
• Strong understanding of PM governance, delivery frameworks, and client-facing leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as PMP, APM, PRINCE2, RICS, or CIOB
