Business Systems Consultant

Responsibilities

• Capture, consolidate, and translate requirements from stakeholders in Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Planning into scalable system solutions
• Configure and maintain SRM, TMS, WMS, and SAP MM modules to ensure seamless integration across procurement and ERP environments
• Participate in supply chain projects including carrier integrations, warehouse rollouts, and supplier onboarding
• Provide 2nd-level application support, including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data issue resolution
• Support master data integrity for vendors, materials, transport lanes, and warehouse structures
• Identify and document process improvements across the source-to-pay, transportation, and warehouse operations cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least two of the following: SRM, TMS, WMS, or SAP MM
• Strong knowledge of source-to-pay and inbound/outbound logistics processes
• Solid understanding of integration concepts such as EDI, APIs, and carrier/supplier connectivity
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English at a C1 level (written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or SAP Ariba
• Knowledge of customs, incoterms, international shipping, or warehouse automation technologies
• German language skills
