Business Systems Consultant - SAP (FICO)/TES

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Finance modules including G/L, A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, and Banking
• Act as the subject matter expert for Travel & Expense Systems (TES) and E-Invoicing solutions across European entities
• Ensure compliance with EU-wide standards such as EN 16931 and Peppol, as well as country-specific mandates (e.g., Italy SDI, Germany XRechnung, France PPF, Poland KSeF)
• Coordinate end-to-end integrations between SAP, TES, e-invoicing platforms, and BPM/OA workflow systems
• Provide 2nd-level support for Finance systems and resolve data issues during period-end and year-end closing cycles
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to drive efficiency for Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Accounting, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of Travel & Expense systems such as SAP Concur or similar
• Familiarity with E-Invoicing compliance frameworks and EU country-specific regulations
• C1 level proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, proactive mindset with the ability to work in a multinational, cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills at a B2 level or above
