About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Digital Planning teams to configure and maintain CRM modules including leads, opportunities, accounts, and campaign management.
- Support website-related applications, including CMS platforms, lead capture forms, and their integration with CRM systems.
- Contribute to CRM and website projects such as relaunches, new campaign rollouts, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Provide 2nd-level support for CRM and website incidents, troubleshooting lead flow, campaign execution, and data quality issues.
- Drive process improvements across Marketing-to-Lead (MTL) workflows and digital engagement channels.
- Support customer and prospect master data management and handle service requests with precision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like AEM, TYPO3, or WordPress.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead management processes, and sales/marketing funnels.
- Professional fluency in both Chinese and English (C1 level or above).
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multinational team.
Preferred Qualifications
- German language skills (B1 level or above).
- Experience with SEO/SEM or digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of GDPR-compliant data handling for marketing.
- Exposure to multi-country European marketing rollouts.
