Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping by gathering requirements, defining workflows, and conducting gap analyses between applications and customer needs.
• Define solution recommendations by collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact and document technical visions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, requirements documents, and internal tickets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support development, QA, and production support teams during execution and UAT.
• Provide technical guidance to client success teams regarding capabilities, staffing, and infrastructure needs.
• Manage multiple competing priorities and recommend best practices for tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, covering the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to user acceptance.
• Strong expertise in database architecture and data modeling.
• Proven experience with CRM and CDP concepts, as well as email and database marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent relevant implementation experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience contributing to formal project documentation such as SOWs and LOEs.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills in a software development environment.
