Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze data trends and business processes to improve student and faculty experiences
• Serve as a technical liaison between departments and technical teams
• Manage and maintain software systems, including API integrations and system architecture design
• Lead moderately complex coding tasks and implement software system updates
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system interface and data integration issues
• Conduct quality control audits for data integrity and system process administration
• Gather project requirements from stakeholders and manage projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Develop training and technical documentation for internal and external users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of related experience in business systems analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in coding languages and software development practices
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Experience with database management, data analysis, and data interpretation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Operations Research
• Certifications in ServiceNow, CRM administration, or ITIL (v4 or later)
• Data Analytics certification
• A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
• Experience constructing and running SQL queries
• Experience developing and analyzing Power BI reports
