Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams for large, complex strategic projects within sourcing and supply chain domains.
• Identify and analyze complex business issues through SME interviews and insight synthesis.
• Document current and future state business workflows using tools like Visio, Miro, or Draw.io.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency across sourcing and supply chain functions.
• Translate stakeholder conversations into clear requirements, technical documentation, and operating procedures.
• Draft and present cost/benefit analyses and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and supply chain environments.
• Strong process mapping and business architecture skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Miro, or Draw.io.
• Expertise in data analysis and the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Relevant certifications such as CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis).
