About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead work streams for large, complex strategic projects within sourcing and supply chain domains.
- Identify and analyze complex business issues through SME interviews and insight synthesis.
- Document current and future state business workflows using tools like Visio, Miro, or Draw.io.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency across sourcing and supply chain functions.
- Translate stakeholder conversations into clear requirements, technical documentation, and operating procedures.
- Draft and present cost/benefit analyses and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and supply chain environments.
- Strong process mapping and business architecture skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Miro, or Draw.io.
- Expertise in data analysis and the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Relevant certifications such as CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis).
