Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on NetSuite operational support including sales order corrections, subscription adjustments, and revenue fixes
• Troubleshoot NetSuite and integration errors with an understanding of downstream accounting impacts
• Build and execute end-to-end testing scenarios for real business use cases
• Lead large-scale data cleanup initiatives using CSV imports, saved searches, and workflows
• Serve as an expert on NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, journal entries, and SKU setup
• Support hardware and software business models, including warehouse configurations for Work Orders and Assembly Builds
• Troubleshoot issues related to integrated systems such as Coupa, Pigment, Maxima, Navan, and Spendflo

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration or consulting experience
• Strong experience with Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Light Manufacturing, and SuiteBilling
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash, Billing, and Subscriptions
• Solid accounting foundation including revenue recognition and journal entries
• Proven experience executing data cleanups and transactional fixes in production environments
• Ability to explain complex system behavior to non-technical stakeholders
• Must have US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator certification
• Experience with CSV imports, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
• Exposure to SuiteScript
• Experience supporting hardware businesses or warehouse configurations
• Experience with NetSuite integrations beyond core finance
