About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless transitions and connections between systems and campus departments
- Coordinate implementation, testing, and improvements with IT and offices including Admissions, Financial Aid, and Finance
- Analyze and identify ways to increase efficiencies and streamline processes to improve the student experience
- Support the implementation of DegreeWorks, Ellucian Experience, and other digital initiatives such as paperless student records
- Manage and sync multiple software products including Banner, Argos, Canvas, and Parchment
- Assist in the implementation of FASTER transcript delivery per BOG regulations
- Provide review and recommendations for reporting, workflows, and processing updates
Requirements
- Minimum A.A. degree
- 1-3 years of experience with workflows, systems integration, databases, and reporting
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring immigration sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- B.A. or higher degree
- 3 or more years of experience in Higher Education
- Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), specifically Banner
- Proficiency with Argos, DegreeWorks, or similar academic software
