Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work with IT teams to design, test, and implement system solutions
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Support system integrations, data flows, and reporting requirements
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment
• Create documentation including BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and user guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Mandatory experience within the Banking or Financial domain
• Proven experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or Visio
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
