Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute UAT test cases aligned with product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes across workflows and integrations
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with engineering teams to ensure resolution
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including backlog refinement and sprint reviews
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation, including user guides, workflows, and job aids
• Create and publish release notes for product updates and enhancements
• Translate technical functionality into clear, business-friendly documentation for users
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure documentation aligns with product strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or Business Systems Analysis within a software development environment
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Rally, JIRA, or ADO
• Solid experience designing and executing test cases in an Agile SDLC
• Proven technical writing skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear documentation
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. healthcare data, payer systems, or clinical data workflows
• Experience supporting client-facing documentation or training materials
• Familiarity with data-driven platforms or APIs (e.g., data ingestion, interoperability workflows)
• Exposure to compliance or audit-related documentation (e.g., HITRUST, SOC)
