Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support CX OM operations by managing customer-critical reporting subscriptions, including backlog, shipment, and account-specific reporting.
• Serve as the first line of response for BI desk issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Drive reporting model transitions and large-scale migrations to Snowflake or other business-required platforms.
• Reduce reporting complexity and operational debt through reporting rationalization.
• Support future automation and AI enablement efforts, including early Copilot Studio work and AI-driven Power BI features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Awareness of Supply Chain Management and Order Management processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
• Knowledge of evolving AI tools, AI best practices, and AI-first thinking.
