Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to solve complex problems and support the development of Finance systems and processes.
• Manage the definition of business processes to measure, analyze, improve, and control workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and specifications for solution delivery.
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment (ROI) analyses for proposed system enhancements.
• Coordinate test case development, execution, and user testing strategies for technology delivery.
• Support the implementation of IT service management practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Finance and Supply Chain processes (e.g., Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Treasury, or Tax).
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in business process modeling and redesign.
