Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing or proposed procedures, systems, and strategies to identify needs for improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to evaluate and document business requirements and partner with IT teams to develop and test technical solutions.
• Conduct data mining, analysis, and modeling using tools like Excel and Power BI to extract actionable insights.
• Create and publish sustainable reports and dashboards to provide recurring data updates.
• Research and compile qualitative and quantitative information to support program decisions and system recommendations.
• Maintain a continuous readiness posture, including being on-call 24/7 to support emergency management and incident response functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in low-code solutions, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Public Trust suitability.
• Ability to be on-call 24/7, with the ability to respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes and report to a designated location within 90 minutes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
