Business Systems Analyst Lead (Operations & Systems)

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends and professional knowledge.
• Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures, increasing efficiency and productivity.
• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements aligned with site business and customer requirements.
• Create and present detailed reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposals.
• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion, following all software development lifecycle phases.
• Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors, deficiencies, and technical malfunctions.
• Support Project Management during the planning and execution of various project scales.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst with proven analytical and process improvement skills.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish for engagement with global stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Oracle and Microsoft tools.
• Experience with e-tickets and basic-to-intermediate EDI knowledge.
• Knowledge of warehouse functional processes and shop floor control.
• Familiarity with Scrum and ITIL methodologies.
• Availability for travel and flexibility regarding working hours.
