Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between technical staff and business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical projects
• Manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of critical software systems
• Diagnose, review, and resolve system incidents and technical issues
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including SOPs, training guides, and workflow diagrams
• Create and execute test plans to support user acceptance testing and ensure system integrity
• Provide system demonstrations and end-user training to support business operations
• Perform data validation and prepare technical reports to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with IT to ensure digital activities are secure, robust, and supportable

Requirements

• BS degree in Management Information Systems, Software/Systems/Computer Engineering, or a STEM field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in information systems within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with KBM/AS400, JDE, TrakSYS, or other ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Platform)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of computer network security protocols
• Previous project management experience
