Business Systems Analyst - IT

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of user problems and proactively address technical issues
• Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot problems to provide code fixes and testing
• Develop application monitoring solutions to enhance availability and performance
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose corrective action plans
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage incident, problem, and change management processes
• Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions meet quality assurance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a bug-free system is available for end users
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to reduce ticket volume

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in production support (L2 and L3 Support)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SSIS, and SSRS
• Intermediate knowledge of .NET
• Experience with Data Management and ETL projects
• Ability to work rotational shifts (including 7am-4pm, 2pm-11pm, and 10:30pm-7:30am) and monthly weekend shifts
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic ability to edit .NET scripts
• Interest in display technology
• A passion for deep-dive root cause analysis
