About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis by sourcing, compiling, and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide daily technical system support, responding to inquiries and improving the end-user experience.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine business requirements and implement functional specifications.
- Communicate system requirements through detailed specifications, reports, and project plans.
- Produce comprehensive reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Assist in implementing recommended system modifications and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support; OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a current First Citizens contract or contingent worker.
