Business Systems Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis by sourcing, compiling, and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide daily technical system support, responding to inquiries and improving the end-user experience.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine business requirements and implement functional specifications.
• Identify system requirements and communicate them through specifications, reports, and project plans.
• Produce detailed reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support; OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current FCB contract experience.
• 5+ years of iCIMS system administrator support experience.
