Business Systems Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for retail operations and e-commerce
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Own day-to-day support and configuration of POS, inventory, and omnichannel systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex retail system issues
• Manage system changes through testing and UAT coordination
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience with retail or commerce systems
• Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, or administering retail business applications
• Deep understanding of POS workflows, inventory management, and order management
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues end-to-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce or Finance & Operations
• Luxury retail or fashion industry experience
• Multi-channel retail experience (brick-and-mortar and e-commerce)
• Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or data flows
• Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools
