Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and clarify business and system requirements to support the FTS Program Management Office
• Provide expertise in the SimCorp Dimension Recon module and extraction setup
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement system enhancements and manage user acceptance testing
• Prepare test plans, functional specifications, and reporting documentation
• Train users to reduce recurring issues and improve system workflows
• Perform root-cause analysis for system issues and identify bugs or necessary workarounds
• Maintain and enhance system reports and documentation

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of the SimCorp Dimension Recon module and extraction setup
• Experience with financial or securities systems and related reporting tools
• Background in business analysis or system support
• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work the shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
