Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operational and process efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Design, research, and test new systems and enhancements based on site business and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the implementation of system improvements and execute Global IT projects.
• Consult with users regarding automated systems and technical malfunctions.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Linux/Unix environments.
• Practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Ability to read and understand code structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of functional impacts on work processes and cross-functional operations.
