Business Systems Analyst, Finance Systems

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve system architectures that support SOX compliance and audit readiness
• Embed preventive and detective controls into finance and business systems
• Document end-to-end system data flows, control points, and dependencies
• Partner with Accounting and Internal Audit to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Maintain system-based controls related to user access, approvals, and data integrity
• Collaborate with FP&A to ensure planning and forecasting tools are integrated and accurate
• Leverage automation, iPaaS, and APIs to reduce manual processes
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and data flows

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience with finance and accounting systems in high-growth tech companies
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and Segregation of Duties
• Hands-on experience with system-based controls and audit workflows
• Experience collaborating with FP&A on planning and forecasting processes
• Working knowledge of Adaptive Insights and ERP integrations
• Strong technical aptitude for system integrations and data models
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into practical system solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a private-to-public or public company environment
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Workday, or Salesforce
• Experience with integration platforms like Celigo or Workato
