Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze existing processes to deliver business requirements and improvements across project and product life cycles
• Elicit and document requirements from business users to determine operational objectives, goals, and constraints
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technology areas and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Work with onshore and offshore technical development teams, program managers, and stakeholders to scope and manage development
• Ensure technical requirements are clearly defined to ensure systems are performant, resilient, and deliver business value
• Support development teams in analyzing changes to data contracts and schemas
• Translate technical issues into simple terms for business users
• Manage system change deployments and provide training to users on various applications
• Create test cases and scenarios and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum of four years of experience in a System Analyst role with a focus on IT and Supply Chain Management
• 4+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of warehouse automation (e.g., Sorters, put-to-light, WCS integrations)
• Experience defining workflows and processes in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Experience with prototyping, modeling, and process flow tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HighJump or Manhattan Associates WMS
• Knowledge of retail or eCommerce operations, specifically ERP and WMS
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
