Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to convert operational pain points into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process maps, and Jira User Stories
• Architect and deploy declarative Salesforce solutions including Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) frameworks to validate functionality
• Identify systemic bottlenecks in Partner Operations to drive process standardization and automated reporting

Requirements

• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Deep experience in declarative automation and platform security
• Proven expertise in Agile delivery frameworks and Jira backlog management
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Proficiency in process mapping and system architecture documentation
