Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Information Technology and functional subject matter experts for Echodyne’s line of business systems.
• Define and document system requirements, scope, and objectives to drive development and implementation.
• Elicit business requirements through detailed review of existing systems and translate them into effective, automated workflows.
• Lead client meetings to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Act as the lead on new implementations, upgrades, and maintenance of assigned applications.
• Develop business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Test and verify software releases, upgrades, and changes prior to production deployment.
• Provide end-user training and documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of direct experience, OR 6+ years of direct experience in a related field.
• Eligibility to handle export-controlled data (ITAR, EAR).
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with Tulip or similar MES systems.
• Experience creating and deploying business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Proven experience in business process development.
• Strong understanding of the software implementation life cycle (SDLC), project management, and requirements definition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide high-quality customer service to diverse end-users.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience specifically with NetSuite.
• 2+ years of direct experience specifically with Tulip.
