Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures
• Design, research, and test new systems and enhancements based on business and customer requirements
• Supervise the implementation of system improvements to ensure they meet site requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues through direct communication with users
• Design frameworks and processes while researching technical risks and working with stakeholders to deliver viable solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6-8 years of related experience in business systems analysis or a similar role
• Advanced functional and technical skills within the systems domain
• Strong process management and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills for both internal and external stakeholders
