Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support critical clinical business applications and triage issues reported by system users
• Gather business requirements and perform technical analysis for data warehouse and data lake environments
• Act as a liaison between IT and business users to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
• Collaborate with application architects, developers, QA, and vendors to drive successful technical solutions
• Define functional, usability, reliability, and performance requirements for pharmacy systems
• Design, build, and support data warehouse components including ETL processes, databases, and reporting environments
• Identify and document requirements for new and existing data warehouse components and reports
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation

Requirements

• B.Tech, B.E, or MCA degree
• 6+ years of experience in Data Warehouse or Data Lake applications
• 6+ years of experience in a System Analyst role
• 6+ years of experience with SQL, including the ability to build complex queries and perform query optimization
• Strong analytical skills and experience with indexing and technical troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) systems
