Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and define product and platform requirements for specific markets to support SMP Hotel API launch and rollout.
• Identify market-specific needs for utilizing SMP Hotel content via various POS tools.
• Partner with Product Development managers to create innovative technical solutions.
• Manage the execution of the SMP rollout strategy and help define the roadmap project.
• Lead cross-functional, virtual efforts involving Technology, Supplier Relations, Revenue Management, Service Delivery, and Operations.
• Act as a domain expert and advisor to internal teams and senior management regarding SMP Hotel products.

Requirements

• Proven experience researching market requirements and defining product/platform specifications.
• Ability to manage complex rollout strategies and project roadmaps.
• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a virtual environment.
• Experience working closely with Product Development and technical management teams.
