Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and develop data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Create comprehensive requirements documentation to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
• Partner with development teams to oversee implementation projects from initiation through deployment
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure quality standards are met before production release
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines
• Manage incident resolution and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical issues to drive process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of Travel Management Company (TMC) operations experience
• Deep knowledge of TMC frontline operations, ticketing systems, and workflows
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS or similar global distribution systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
• Experience with online booking tools and fulfillment processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Concur Compleat or similar travel technology platforms
• Demonstrated success collaborating with third-party vendors
