Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements
• Analyze current and future business processes using BPMN or Visio
• Produce and maintain documentation including BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to design scalable solutions
• Manage product and solution roadmaps based on business priorities
• Supervise application lifecycles, including maintenance, upgrades, and vendor interventions
• Support quality assurance activities through test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Contribute to system integration initiatives and data mapping
• Participate in change management and training development
• Provide level 3 application support for complex incidents

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst, or functional analyst
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Basic knowledge of SQL and BI tools is an asset
