Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Analyze current and future workflows using BPMN, Visio, or flowcharts
• Produce key deliverables including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to design scalable solutions
• Own and maintain the product and solution roadmap
• Oversee application lifecycle management, including maintenance and upgrades
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and decision-making sessions
• Support quality assurance through test plans, test cases, and UAT
• Support system integration, data mapping, and validation
• Provide Level 3 business application support and coordinate vendor escalations

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst, or functional analyst
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficiency with Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Visio and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic SQL skills
• Experience with reporting and BI tools
