Business Systems Analyst - AEM

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery follow-ups
• Manage Azure DevOps boards, including user stories, tasks, defects, risks, and dependencies
• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Coordinate with business owners, developers, QA, vendors, UX, InfoSec, and compliance teams
• Track project milestones, blockers, and deliverables to ensure timely closure
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and document key decisions
• Support UAT coordination and validate delivered solutions against business requirements
• Maintain project artifacts such as scope documents, API specifications, and status reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, Agile delivery coordination, or digital project delivery
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tracking tools
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and CMS platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects
• Understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and content authoring workflows
• Experience with SaaS platforms, vendor coordination, and InfoSec reviews
• Familiarity with PI planning, release governance, and enterprise delivery processes
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
