Business System Lead/Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology delivery and system enhancements using Agile or Stage Gate governance.
• Support software development, system configuration, integrations, upgrades, and patching.
• Gather and document technical requirements, translating business needs into system solutions.
• Coordinate SIT execution and provide UAT technology support, including defect resolution.
• Provide end-user and super-user support and training to drive system adoption.
• Support issue resolution and production support through root-cause analysis.
• Assist with vendor management, software/hardware selection, and AMS support.
• Support data governance, migration, and integrations to enable reporting and analytics.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards, architecture, and IT controls (SOX).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in business systems, IT delivery, or technology-enabled business roles.
• Proficiency in English (Advanced/Fluent).
• Experience with system implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Stage Gate delivery models.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, specifically Procurement or Supply Chain modules.
• Experience with testing activities, including SIT and UAT support.
• Experience working with vendors, AMS providers, or system integrators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply chain professional certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP).
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
• Project management certification (PMP).
• Business analysis certification (CBAP).
• IT service management certification (ITIL).
• Experience in regulated environments involving SOX or IT audits.
