Business System Lead - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology delivery, system enhancements, and software development for procurement and supply chain modules.
• Gather and document technical requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical system designs.
• Coordinate Systems Integration Test (SIT) execution and provide User-Accepted Test (UAT) technology support, including defect resolution.
• Support software development, system configuration, integrations, upgrades, and patching.
• Provide end-user and super-user support, training, and production issue resolution through root-cause analysis.
• Assist with vendor management, software/hardware selection, and technology cost estimation.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards, architecture, governance, and IT controls (SOX).
• Support data governance, migration, and integrations to enable self-service reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in business systems, IT delivery, or technology-enabled business roles.
• Proven experience with system implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
• Experience working within Agile or Stage Gate delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience supporting testing activities, specifically SIT and UAT.
• Proficiency in English (Advanced/Fluent).
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, specifically within Procurement or Supply Chain modules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with external vendors, AMS providers, or system integrators.
• Experience working in regulated or controlled environments involving SOX, IT controls, or audits.
• Experience managing technology portfolios across a global landscape.
