Business System Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the HR & Finance systems of record end-to-end including Rippling/Deel and NetSuite
• Partner with HR and Finance as the systems owner to ensure platform integrity, controls, and data
• Define data contracts and requirements for integration engineers to connect fragmented systems
• Lead HR and finance work streams for system migration, selection, and adoption
• Own controls, compliance, and reporting including segregation of duties and GDPR/PIPL awareness

Requirements

• 10+ years in business systems or enterprise applications
• Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Rippling implementation and administration
• Proven track record of managing data migration and turning fragmented systems into a single source of truth
• Experience defining integration requirements and data contracts
• Fluency in controls and compliance (segregation of duties, audit, GDPR/PIPL)
• Ability to operate across global entities and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance and HR processes
• Experience in a rapidly scaling company environment
