Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Core Lab solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, sprint management, and release cycles.
• Collaborate with radiologists, clinical trial sponsors, and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize user requirements.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development and ensure timely feature delivery.
• Work closely with software engineering, QA, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Ensure all Core Lab solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards and quality procedures.
• Manage stakeholder communications regarding product updates and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager within the healthcare domain.
• Demonstrated track record of launching successful applications.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies and workflows in clinical trials.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality procedures for medical devices and software.
• Technical experience with SQL databases, Angular, or C#.NET.
