Business System Analyst Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the design of the Opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce including stages, sales process, and automation
• Partner with sales leadership on forecasting motions and pipeline inspection
• Systematize sales team representation, crediting, and territory structures in partnership with RevOps
• Operationalize sales methodology through system fields, validation, and scoring
• Act as data-model steward for the Opportunity object and related integrations
• Build and ship declarative solutions within Salesforce
• Evaluate and configure tooling for deal inspection and guided selling
• Run discovery, UAT, and enablement for all system deployments

Requirements

• Experience in GTM/Revenue systems as a BSA, Sales Systems Lead, or RevOps Systems role
• Proven track record of designing Opportunity stage models or forecasting motions
• Hands-on Salesforce skills including Flow, validation, and page design
• Strong communication skills to interface with sellers, leadership, and engineers
• Deep understanding of pipeline coverage, conversion, and sales forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue systems roles
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with team-structure system design (splits, overlays, territory)
• Interest in AI-assisted systems work
