Business System Analyst II/III

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and operational business support for the "Wealth Access" digital platform
• Perform needs assessments to identify feature enhancements and create detailed business requirements
• Conduct data analysis by sourcing, compiling, and interpreting data for accuracy and efficiency
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance on systems integration and general QA testing
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for system issues
• Produce reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing to identify patterns and areas for improvement
• Communicate and present findings to Wealth Management leadership to prioritize deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Operational Support and Analytics OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Operational Support and Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis (pivots, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with user application testing and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience as a Product Owner for Wealth Management or banking core systems
• Previous experience working in wealth management or financial services
